Management Summary

During the period of 2014-2015 the division of the social housing within the region of Brussels is subject to restructuring. In an effort to reduce the number of organizations charged with this mission, several fusions will take place. Each of these organizations has its proper ERP implementation aimed at its domain. My job was to assess for two of these fusions, which ERP they should keep after the fusion, and what the implications of this choice are. The choices for ERP solutions specifically aimed at the housing industry with Belgian regulatory requirements incorporated is limited to three choices: Ordiges, Pheniks and GILS. Each of these packages supplies functionalities in the domains shown in the illustration below.
